MSDN Product Feedback Center now on Microsoft Connect

The MSDN Product Feedback Center is now hosted on Microsoft Connect, heres a bit about the migration and why it took place:

Connect Migration FAQ
Why Connect?

Microsoft moved the feedback at the Product Feedback Center (PFC) to Connect. We made this change so our systems can grow and scale with the increase of customers and feedback we see from the PFC.

What happens to my account?
All PFC user accounts have been merged or copied into Connect. In the event that you have the same ID as someone already in Connect you will be asked to pick a new user name. Please see “Am I guaranteed the same username?” below

What if I already had an account with Connect and the Product Feedback Center?
If you had accounts on both systems, your PFC account is merged with your Connect account. Information in your Connect profile takes precedence over information in your PFC profile.

Am I guaranteed the same username on Connect?
Unfortunately, Connect usernames take precedence over usernames on the PFC. In the rare case that your username is already taken on Connect you will need to pick a new one.

What happens to links to old bugs?
Old links are directed to the appropriate bug in Connect.

Will my tracking list stay the same?
All parts of your PFC profile, including your tracking list are available in Connect.

Where do I go to give feedback on this page or about the new version of Connect?
The Connect Product Improvement Site. Look for more details coming soon.

What are the new features in Connect versus the Product Feedback Center?

  • New Layout.
  • New Bug Classification. In the new bug and suggestion forms, we’ve broken Visual Studio and .NET Framework down into specific feature areas that we believe will make filing bugs and getting quick responses easier.
  • New opportunities. Connect has new methods for giving feedback with downloads and surveys.
