[/quote] I swear I've heard someone talk about a monorail in farefall when we first moved over to the new world. May just be my imagination though Anyway, I don't think it would fit well to be honest. You could have a maze, but not any ordinary maze; this one could have buttons and/or levers which open and close specfic passageways. Try and get people to get involved, not everyone reads the forums all the times! What ive done before when running towns is go around peoples houses leaving messages, or leave signs at key points such as the mining portal entrance and make it more clear where this area is. If you don't like the gravel floor you can change it to something else, but I just thought it fit in quite nicely I haven't done 4 as I had to go, but if someone wants to do it that would be great! philymon4 8 Report post Posted September 28, 2012 Hello Farefall, I was just looking at the new and cool stuff in the snapshot, and then i came up with some ideas to help make Farefall better. 1. some sort of town "uniform" where everyone wears the same color leather armor 2. a beacon with some sort of power that will best fit Farefall 3. have everyone rotate the logs on their homes to make it look nicer 4. a leather-worker shop where you can dye and make armor and clean off any failed dying attempts 5. a monument to everyone, past an present, who has dedicated their time and effort to making Farefall an epic town Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

[/quote] 1. yea i guess, i was also hoping that they would add the ability to dye all armor 2. yea that might be a roadblock, but Darren does come up with some pretty fun boss battle events 3. having the ends of the logs exposed doesn't look too good 4. sounds great to me 5. maybe we could tie in the observatory and beacon, get a basic idea of what it should look like, add a fountain, a plaque with a dedication to all who helped with the building off all the public buildings in Farefall, some art of any sort, [u]get the community to help with the buildin[/u]g, and we have a monument Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
ryanfenton 192 Report post Posted October 5, 2012 The next Farefall public build is going to be an observatory I have marked out a hill with a glowstone pillar where the observatory will be built. Before anything is built though, the hill will need terraforming so there is more space at the top for building. I have cleared some of the trees at the top and have left some dirt in a chest at the top for people to get started. However with that said we do have sky_ladys design, I really LIKE the ammount of design details on it though I think the actual telescope could be done a bit different the size of it looks odd and doesnt match the farefall theme...
