d8g4cnd24_h7 102 Report post Posted June 12, 2012 I came up with a design for the Maplehold Library, except I am having trouble posting it on the forums since the file is too big. I will try to make the file smaller. The design I made contained a small Customer Service Desk and about 5 aisles of books. Each aisle contained a specific catagory of books such as Fiction/Non-Fiction/Adult/Children. Also, there were two small staircases which led upstairs to two small reading corners. Calum841 33 Report post Posted June 12, 2012 I looked through posts as best I could since the construction of the Animal Farm in Maplehold so if there's something that already addresses this problem I apologize. I was in Maplehold hanging out with darth_bubbles yesterday, whose house is very close to the farm, and I noticed there where no animals in it! In my single player world, they always randomly escape even with fences. Also, is there a place for the library yet? I know we are trying to finish it before Build Challenge #3. I know a lot of you have been getting concerned with the lack of building, but I'm going to make sure that we do several builds over the time Darren wants me here. I'll be around getting to know the place and overseeing builds so if you have any ideas for what you'd like to see of what you think the town needs then please do not hesitate to post and let me know. The library seems the most needed so if you have any thoughts on that please let me know. The next project is another path up to the warehouse. this is needed as not many people go the long way round, so clearly another shorter path is what the people want! Additionally, if we could have shops in maplehold, I would be delighted. Although, I know there are the spawn town shops and that might be somewhat unfair to them. Well, unless we also pay a rent. You can find the maplehold warehouse at the end of the first row as you turn left down the stairs from the station. Please make sure you read the info board inside. P.S. Look out for the easter egg. I hope to be around this evening to oversee, but if anyone has an idea feel free to have a go! i've left a few suggestions, but what i'd like to see is a light airy building, possibly two floors, with seating and flowerbeds out front, to make it pretty. you may use several types of wood/planks but don't go overboard and use all of them! get as many people involved as possible!
