Last summer i was building my house unware at the time that i was not aloud to use cobble to build it i made a cobble tower 120 blocks (or so) high and was banned, offcially its been quite a long time and im still not unbanned even though its a new map, can i please be unbanned asap?

I thought i already posted this but o well, anyway, Last summer i was building my house out of cobble unaware it was against the rules as the rule had been added after i started on the server i had built it very high when an admin maybe you came and saw that it was made of cobble and deleted it with World Edit and banned me, it has been about 9 months and i am still banned, can i please be unbanned i wont do it again

No need to post 4 topics/posts, I have now merged all your topics/posts.

Lets look at the facts:

• Yes you did make a massive cobblestone structure.
• I told you I am taking in down as its against the rules (quite clearly laid out) and in return I will give you the cobblestone for it.
• Your response "u pice of absolate d**k s**t it took me 5 hours to collect that and build it"
• With that you were banned as we have people of all gaes on here that dont need to hear that kind of language, not to mention that it was directly aimed at me the admin of the server. I don't expect to work hard all day to pay for this server to be then have words like that thrown in my face. You were a guest and as a guest you should be respectful.

So now a little over 6 months latter, not 9 months as you claim. You are asking to be unbanned because it's a new map? Our ban policy is "if you've been banned we had good reason to do so and we will not unban you". So the ban remains in place, we are still YAMS a new map doesn't mean all previous bans are obsolete.
