So, I saw that Hatventures (the blokes who make the Minecraft trailers) had a new server up. I'd heard a bit about it from their podcast, and I wanted to see what it was like. I popped on, and I thought it was good. It's a RPG server, with quests and things. Whilst there, I saw this person. I decided to film it for you guys

So I found my skin on an obscure website, about a month before I arrived on YAMS in early September 2011. Back then I was playing singleplayer, and hadn't been online much. It was just a really odd moment to come across someone with more or less exactly the same skin as myself. I've been playing Minecraft online for 8 months, and not once have I seen anyone with my skin. Of course, our skins had differences, such as things I had changed. But my original slime doctor skin didn't have an indent in the coat, that was something which I added. The strange thing was that he had the indent too. I never thought there would be another skin like mine out there. I realise this may be a common occurrence for some of you, but it was just one of those things which really boggled me.

I actually met a different Slime Doctor on YAMS recently. He hangs out near the cathedral usually. A bit taller than you though . . .

i'm convinced i'll never legitimately meet my twin. my skin is too odd, and i've altered it lots.

The strange thing was that he had the indent too.

That must be the site where he got the skin from. It's very similar to my edited one (current), but mine doesn't have blue shoes. My original one has the blue shoes, but no indent in the coat.
Also his and that one have a white thing on the back. That's on my original one, but I removed it so that the coat is one solid colour.

I doubt I'd find my twin as I made my first skin from scratch then edited it from there,

If someone has exactly the same skin as you then they may have 'stolen' it, there's a program that allows you to type in someones username and it changes your skin to theirs...

Same and flobby and steer for me, I created mine so unless someone searches mine up and uses it it's very rare!!!
