Features:
  • You can now use “/publish” to open your single-player game for LAN friends to join. This is still very much work in progress, so it lacks some necessary settings such as what game mode your friends will get, and if they should be able to use cheats or not. Also, the “/publish” command is temporary, you can’t even access it if you haven’t enabled cheats =)
  • The Ender Chest has been changed to have an inventory per player and not per world. Also, knocking down the chest will break it into 8 obsidian, unless you have Silk Touch.
  • The texture pack folder button now works on Mac

Fixes:
  • Fixed bug when Minecraft doesn't save your progress, stops generating chunks and freezes all the mobs.
  • Fixed the Enderdragon not dealing any damage to the player after it has been hit once
  • Fixed explosions not pushing back players
  • Fixed buckets not picking up or placing water within the spawn protection

Wow big change to Ender chests in this update but i have to say a little disapointing after the last lot of updates

It's Good now that it is per player , Will That mean That We will be able to use Ender chests in the Mining world? as we would only loose the chest (Eight Obsidian)
It isn't the biggest update But They're Pushing their way towards 1.3!!!! Im excited for that

Considering we don't allow chests in the mining world for various reasons... I would say no.

Anyway I was hoping for the redstone repeater stuck on load problem to be fixed... I know they were trying but they had no luck! :(

"If you save your world then come back to it any chains of redstone repeaters stay in the state of which was logged off. They do not change until a neighboring block is updated. Some ways to fix it can be seen here."

Nearly forgot to say.. you missed one! :P

You can now place Levers on the underside of blocks, upside-down! Theres been a few time when I wanted that! :) Now... if only they can make redstone travel downwards quicker, like when you have redstone torches in a 1x1 space going upwards on top of each other, that but the signal going downwards. so no having to spiral down. I say hanging redstone torches that you can attach to the underside! :P

The more updates they make to redstone though The more likely chance that Things will break

You're not a true redstone master then! :P A true redstone master would love the joys of redstone breaking and then the joys of trying to fix it! :D

No as true Redstone Masters we are thinking of all the Big projects that involve redstone that will require bug checking.
