Today I saw the Olympic torch running through Chatham town centre. While I personally have a problem with the preceding ‘Adverts’ there was just something about being in a crowd watching this symbol pass through carried by a local person that has done some good in the world, while a cheering crowd encouraged him on, that makes you think that not all things in this world are bad.

It is good to know that people can still get together and cheer, smile and get along as a group that makes the hassle that is the Olympics worth while.

So I would like to welcome all those competing in this event to Britain and I wish them all the best of luck. May all the athletes take this opportunity to do their best and medal in their respective fields, Not for their country but for themselves.

I hated the advertisements I saw it 3 times , Well Mabye 2 Once Coming in to Cardiff
Then The Other the next day Going into Caerphilly (The town next to cardiff)

With the advertisement i was not happy but my dad said "If you don't get into collage That will be your Job Dancing in front of advertisement cars "

Unfortunately, I missed the woman carrying the torch (As I was flicking through my pictures) When i finally got my camera up she was running so fast i didn't even see her :/, although I managed to grab coke from the coke Sponsor and i was so happy

I heard the Queen parachuted in to the opening ceremony. I can't wait to watch this tonight. America is on delayed TV schedule. I think it has already happened.

The cauldron was something... The highlights for me had to be both Rowan Atkinson and the Music throughout

Although I saw the Olympics delayed by about 5 hours, I was awestruck by the effort put into it. I thought it was amazing! I loved the Queen's entrance.

Someone updated the commentators wiki page to read something along the lines of "and he should learn not to talk so much while commentating on extremely important events like the Olympics 2012" xD
