darrenstraight 2,330 Report post Posted July 9, 2013 IMPORTANT: Unfortunately bigtycoflex who was previously in charge of the shopping centre had not kept up to date with those of you who have not paid rent, because of this I am temporary taking charge of the shopping centre till I can find another member of staff to do so for me. I have created a google doc spreadsheet for everyone to view at the following link: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheet/ccc?key=0AqAemjBteezKdElPNm83VE5TdG5XQkxHcnFFd1JXZ1E&usp=sharing This spreedsheet lists every pay day date in format of "Day/Month/Year" and also is colour coded so you know if you have paid or not, green means you have paid, red means you have not. Some of you are way overdue, failure to pay may result in eviction as well as enderman being sent to your house to take the rent! I hope you find the spreadsheet very useful. P.S. You have so far not removed your shop, please remove it with immediate effect or I will be collecting rent as per the rules: You must vacate your shop before your next rent date and restore the whole shop to how it was before; this includes oak planks for the floor and the blue wall for the walls. If you have not told us that you wish to stop renting a shop and have also vacated your shop by your next rent date we will assume you wish to continue renting a shop and will owe rent in full. I wish to close it because the responsibilities of grade 12 are interferring too much for me to properly maintain my shop so I relinquish my plot for someone else to use. I'm not only buying meats but other items when I need them. Ninja's meat locker is an approved shop but it still hasn't been built in a year or two or has been closed.
