aoelos_ 78 Report post Posted July 19, 2013 I'm going to be the first to say I have absolutely no idea how computers work! But I'm sure someone here does haha Plus windows 8 scares me-the start button disappeared
SwanofWar 56 Report post Posted July 19, 2013 I hate windows 8, it's what my mom's new computer is, it's very annoying to use. Haven't tried installing minecraft on it so I don't know either, sorry
changingtuna88 168 Report post Posted July 19, 2013 I can help so you click on the desktop icon, usually in bottom left corner of apps after login (unless someone moved it) then, go to internet explorer, and download the client. Then login and ur good! If it didnt make a shortcut, you can right click the desktop, then push new, then shortcut, then go to ur downloads folder and select the minecraft.exe Also, if u need to get to your .minecraft folder, press windows button and r at the same time and then type in %appdata% (.minecraft should be the first one ) Hope this helps!! /Tuna Sources:my own win8 experiences >.>
