I know that problem! :)

Downloading the latest graphic drivers normally fixes the problem, I take it this is a laptop?

It will normally either be:

  • Intel
  • ATI
  • Nvidia

If you give me some machine details, I can help you locate them if you are unsure. :)

That doesn't really help me, need more like laptop make + model number to try and work out what graphics card you have: Intel / ATI / AMD / Nvidia etc

If it has ATI/AMD/Nvidia graphics it may have a sticker on it saying so.

But lets assume its intel graphics as those are the laptops I've seen it on and as you told me its 64bit:

https://downloadcenter.intel.com/confirm.aspx?httpDown=http://downloadmirror.intel.com/23405/a08/Win64_15338.exe&lang=eng&Dwnldid=23405&DownloadType=Drivers&OSFullname=Windows+7+(64-bit)*

If it doesn't work, we will try something else or give me laptop make + model and I'll get exact driver. :)
