On the list I didn't mention prismarine blocks or sea lanterns but we do need them, I just thought it would be nice if I can tell you some locations of ocean monuments separately for you to visit! And gather resources for the new world.... First location in current mining world as of 20/02/2015: X = 680 (DCLXXX)Y = 62 (Sea level)Z = 1337 (Leet) Please bring back as much as you can for the new world, don't forget your boat and silk touch pickaxes and anything else you may need like breathing potions, its a dangerous journey but worth it! Thank you and goodluck the guardian mobs are waiting for you.... Please deposit all donations at the public warehouse, portal to it at the bottom of spawn tower. P.S. If you gather all the prismarine blocks or sea lanterns from the ocean monument, please post here that way saving someone a wasted journey! I will then give you out new location! I wish someone had said that a guardian would flash in front of your eyes if you got close to it as I almost fell out of my chair from the jump scare . But beware, the Elder Guardians at this one are still alive and zapping, so expect lots of Mining Fatigue. EDIT: Two hours and twenty milk buckets later, we now have a safely-dug tunnel entrance up into this monument. The entrances is at X 515, Z 780, marked by torches on the beach. Happy Guardian hunting! SECOND EDIT: Two Elders down, one to go. Edit #3: All three Elders down, no more mining fatigue at this monument. Yes, this happened to be, but in a slightly different way. I was testing particles, I expect a lazer, but instead a guardian flashed across my face. First time scared me, but then I had fun with it! Please be careful when going to ocean monuments, they are dangerous! This one is a long way out, if you know others who need prismarine, sea lanterns etc.... please help them! Don't be greedy, we help each other here on YAMS! The coordinates for the current ocean monument in the current mining world are: X = 2185 y = 62 Z = 3177 Thanks, Darren P.S. Tombuktu 4 Report post Posted April 14, 2015 (edited) A few of us have worked together to clear the water from the ocean monument. When I last signed off we had the top two floors cleared and had started the third. The entrance is from directly above in the center. You will find a square of dirt in the middle of the ocean. Enter there. EDIT: The ocean monument has now been cleared of all water and inhabitants. You can enter through the top as I said above or you can swim down and go through the main entrance. If you choose this route watch out for the guardians that still swim around the outside. Special note: Thanks to all that helped in clearing the water.
