Ok, all is well. On my multiplayer screen it said, "Can't reach server" but I clicked on it anyway and was able to log on.

It seems to me that the announcement about not asking for warps and the announcement about asking to teleport are somewhat similar.
Maybe an announcement like: "Server updating, please stand by." Just a thought.

I think the University should have that classic old campus look to it (maybe covered with vines). Surrounded by hedges and statues and a large stone wall.
