Fake Microsoft Cumulative Patch: W32.Gibe@mm virus
I had a couple of these fake Microsoft Cumulative Patch emails last month but I now seem to be receiving a bit more than usual, so please beware yourselves of them because they are NOT from Microsoft but from somebody mass-mailing various people with theses emails which contain the W32.Gibe@mm worm as an attachment which should NOT be opened!
The W32.Gibe@mm virus affects Outlook, Microsoft Outlook Express, and Web-based e-mail programs. This virus arrives in an e-mail message with the following characteristics:
