Microsoft and Ingenio combine for mobile Pay Per Call ads

Ingenio, Inc., the pioneer and leading provider of Pay Per Call advertising, has announced an agreement with Microsoft that enables Ingenio Pay Per Call listings on Windows Live Search for mobile. When mobile users search for local business information, such as restaurants, travel and hotel information or other local services, relevant Ingenio Pay Per Call advertisers appear within these results. Windows Live Search for mobile is the latest partner to join the Ingenio Pay Per Call Advertising Network, which generates more than one billion consumer search queries monthly.

Windows Live Search delivers powerful and personal search services that help consumers find what they are looking for on the Web, their desktop, their mobile device or in their local geographic area, such as instant answers, documents, pictures, multimedia content, local information and immersive maps.

In 2004, Ingenio launched and now operates the industry’s leading Pay Per Call Advertising Network. Ingenio Pay Per Call allows any business to tap the popularity of consumer search to generate targeted, qualified phone leads from a variety of online and offline channels, and pay only for calls received. To participate, advertisers can visit http://www.ingenio.com/ to set up a free account and create an ad listing.

“The growth in mobile, local and vertical search is undeniable, all of which make the Pay Per Call advertising model more relevant than ever before,” said Marc Barach, Chief Marketing Officer, Ingenio. “We welcome the addition of Windows Live Search for mobile to our advertising network, and are excited to deliver our advertisers the kind of paid search ROI they can’t find anywhere else.”
