Ok so today I attended DevDays 2006 ( Developer Days 2006)<\/p>\n

Not long after I signed up for attendance to DevDays 2006 on the Microsoft website I started to wonder if I was doing to right thing, and I had load of questions in my head: would this event be for me?, would I like it?, what if I hate it when I’m there?, what if they start talking about developing ASP and SQL and I don’t understand any of it?<\/p>\n

But despite all these questions and knowing very well that DevDays was for developers I decided to attend because I thought to myself what’s the worst that can happen and after all if you don’t sign up to something and attend how are you ever going to know what it’s like.<\/p>\n

So I attended and well it was all pretty good, but I have to admit there was a lot of times when I didn’t have a clue what was being talked about, but hey I did learn a fair amount which would help with my college assignments and the food was nice!<\/p>\n

Ok so the question is, would I attend the next DevDays event?<\/p>\n

Well I’m not sure but probably not because at the end of the day it was great going and all and I liked the Hacking & Windows Vista Security Session but I don’t think I’m really ready for being a hard core developer in .net or SQL just quite yet.<\/p>\n

Maybe next year I’ll try and go to a TechNet event instead, I did want to go to one this year but I had exams at that point, oh well at least I still have my Windows Live Sessions which rock, much more interesting! \ud83d\ude00<\/p>\n
