i am 37 years old and i feel like im almost 48.And im tired of feeling this old and looking older then i am.Im a mom of 8 year old twins(boy,girl)a 10 year old girl and a wife of a 33 year old man.I would feel better if i could look his age or younger.He needs a youner,fresher looking wife.i love myself enough to help myself.ive been threw th wringer a few times.i have put myself on the back burner to help my childern and my family.Hope to hea from you soon.thank you,r petrie

i am 34 coming 35 have no confidence in myself i feel fat all the time feel down eat for comfort feel about 40 dress like a old women in baggy clothes hair is lifeless dont wear make up at all never go out dont feel happy at all

I am currently 40 but feel 50+ and am need of some help.I have 3 children with one grandson and another on the way. I work hard and hhave done for a number of years. I am also going grey in which to me is far too young at 40.Please give me a life back

hi i am a 36 year old goin on to 37. I am a single parent going through a divorce at the moment. For the last 10 years i have been going through hell and back because of my exhusband. Because of him i have been through depression, put on weight and most of all not taking care the way i look. My interest of me been that happy beautifull young looking women has gone. I do try my best now but i find it extremley difficult to look the way i want to look. My skin has changed completely, as i am an asian with light skin and have freckles which lot of my friends think its weird for an asian pakistani women to have freckles. I have very dark circles under my eyes. I have tried all sorts of creams, foundations, concealers anything that would make my dark circles under my eyes lighter. I try all sorts of foundations to hide my freckles on my face but i cant seem to find the right foundaion. I am a women who likes wearing makeup but the last fews years am finding it so difficult and uncomfortable with the makeup that i wear. As am not working and am on benefits i do find it difficult buying expensive makeup. i might occassionaly treat myself but thats only when am desperate and end up buying a product that dosnt suit me. I have 2 beautifull daughters 1 is 15 and 1 is 11 and for them i try to look my best, but they still find faults in me, either its my makeup or the way i dress. Please could you help me, i have lost the confidence within myself. I have come to the point where i hate my body somuch and the way i look. I have totaly giving up with myself, i just want to show my girls that no matter what am going through with my life i still have it in me.

i am 51 just came out ove a relashionship aftern 21 years it wos realy unexpected and now i have no confidance in my self i dont like going out becase i think everyone is lookin at me i feel 80 i dont were the rite type ove clothes i am realy thin but have had breast enlargments wot my x paid for but carnt afford to have enything ells dun i have three lovely gaughters and three gourgis grandsons but feel i carnt enjoy them like i culd becase ove the way i feel oh and one last thing my teeth r realy bad but im terifide ove the dentist thankyou
