I was told about this chart last month but never got round to posting it here, but here it is now thanks to RemoteDesktopMac. I think it’s pretty accurate but times change so there may be something they’ve missed or got wrong but it’s a good starting point. 🙂

I’m working in the international company and sometimes communication process is a bit awkward. That’s why I started to use this useful tool which helps me to explain techie info in all necessary details. And it’s much easier than trying to explain it via telephone.
I’m using browser based remote desktop tools. That’s much easier and faster. Such as logmein and Techinline. I prefer Techinline for my budget issues. So would add it to this list.
