Today I have received my Performance Review at work which is also pay related, I don’t know the exact pay rise yet but it probably wont be a lot even though I’m great at my work, here’s a brief version of what results I obtained: Standards at Work and Initiative Maintains a high standard of QS&C and uses initiative well.
