Today I have received my Performance Review at work which is also pay related, I don’t know the exact pay rise yet but it probably wont be a lot even though I’m great at my work, here’s a brief version of what results I obtained:

Standards at Work and Initiative
Maintains a high standard of QS&C and uses initiative well.

Customer Focus
Focuses well on customer needs but need’s to work on talking to customers.

Teamwork and Communication
Has good team work skills and is heard on shift.

Personal Standards and Approach to Work
Has good time keeping and good personal standards.

Managers Comments (Strengths)
Has all round service skills.

Overall Rating
85.2 % (Excellent: Performance exceeds job requirements)
