If this is true, and I expect or at least hope it is, today/tomorrow will mark another great Milestone for Microsoft’s new Operating System Windows Vista, as very soon Windows Vista Beta 2 is going Public! Today, Microsoft will make Windows Vista Beta 2 available to the masses for downloading in three different languages. If you can’t download you don’t
