Just got back from my Foundation Degree in Information Technology Graduation Ceremony with The University of Kent at Medway (MidKent) and well what can I say. I was a little bit nervous of how it would go at first. But it turned out to be great!

Now all I have to do is wait for next year for when I pass my BCs Honorus in Information Technology, that is of course if I pass!

On another note a honorary degree was awarded to Hilary Lister who made history in 2005 when she became the first quadriplegic to sail single-handedly across the English Channel. In an extraordinary feat of courage and endurance, she sailed into the record books in 6 hours and 13 minutes, using a system of ‘sip and puff’ straws to control the boat, overcoming severe physical pain in the process.
