The server is still on 1.4 you will have to downgrade if you wish to play or wait till we upgrade to 1.5.

Whitelist is not in place and I don’t intend to either, I only removed the ip for a short period of time while things settled down, my public minecraft server ip address is back up in the post! 🙂

i was banned for “stealing” from a chest with nothing (like a house or any signal tht it was sombodies chest) around it and i was not given a chance 2 explain myself…poor leadership darren if u asl me

Dear jon (aka Vic_89),

You were not banned…. so I’m not sure why say that…. you were jailed and subsequently unjailed after you were explained why you were jailed.

I thought this was all sorted. Until we found out that you had broken some other rules including breaking the wool in the public mine, which you said you did mining yet the pathway tunnel above it was already cleared and had been for some time, it’s clear that the wool was part of the entrance tunnel as you go right under it when entering the public mine, its common sense not to break other peoples creations not to mention it’s in the rules. If it was a mistake then why not fix it or leave a note or contact someone to let them know.

Not only did you do this but of course you also broke the jail trying to get out. And then you come out with comments like this:

“ i dnt have anything 2 fill it with cuz tht child took all my stuff”
“well darren he cried like a baby over an honest mistake i made so i have every rite 2 call him a child”

The same as I told you in game you have no right to call anyone a child, we have users of all ages on here, they should all be treated with respect, if people break the rules do something wrong then it should be raised via the correct protocols.

The only reason we keep on giving you a chance is becuase we try and give people a chance as much as we can whatever their age, however at your age you should know better.

You are of course welcome to your opinion but no one’s forcing you to stay, if you think it’s a poorly managed server then you are welcome to leave.

@Vacidu swearing at us isnt going to get you know where. The rules at spawn clearly say what you can and cannot do, you were jailed to serve the time and then be let out again when done (Destroying other peoples creations is against the rules). Instead of doing the time you decided to try and break out by breaking the jail. Now I can forgive people from time to time but I wont tolerate the swearing on my personal blog.
